Cancellation Policy

There will be no charge to patients if an appointment is cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment is due to start.

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time, 50% of the total cost of the appointment will be charged.

Full payment of the appointment will be charged if the appointment is missed without notification.

Appointment cancellation charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and applied at the discretion of Sloane Square Medical.
